Traveloka Discount Terms and Conditions​

1. The discount coupon is valid only for the first booking made via the Traveloka application. Insurance, baggage, seat selection, meals, and other additional fees are excluded from the eligible booking amount and must be under the same booking reference.​
2. Booking Period: 1 October – 31 December 2026​
3. Travel / Stay / Service Period: No restriction on travel, stay, or service dates.​
4. Flights: Get 6% off, up to THB 500, with a minimum booking amount of THB 2,500.​
5. Hotels & Accommodations: Get 8% off, up to THB 250, with a minimum booking amount of THB 1,000.​
6. Attractions & Activities: Get 8% off, up to THB 400, with a minimum booking amount of THB 1,000. Valid only for participating services and excludes cruise services.​
7. Car Rental: Get 10% off, up to THB 400, with a minimum booking amount of THB 900.​
8. Airport Transfer: Get 12% off, up to THB 450, with a minimum booking amount of THB 450.​
9. The discount coupon can be used only once per Traveloka user account throughout the campaign period.​
10. The discount coupon cannot be applied to bookings that are subsequently modified or rescheduled.​
11. The discount coupon cannot be used in conjunction with Flight + Hotel packages.​
12. The discount coupon is valid only for bookings paid in Thai Baht (THB).​
13. Users must be logged in to their Traveloka account before making a booking via the latest version of the Traveloka application and must enter the discount coupon on the payment page to receive the discount.​
14. The discount coupon is valid for participating hotels and accommodations available on Traveloka, excluding “Pay at Hotel” room types and hotel chains excluded under the respective hotel's policies. Please check the Traveloka website for further details.​
15. The discount coupon is available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the promotion period and is subject to availability.​
16. The definition of a “New User” is determined by Traveloka.​
17. This discount coupon is available only to new users, meaning users who have never made a booking through the Traveloka application or website and who have not previously logged in to the Traveloka application.​
18. The discount coupon can be used once only and for one booking transaction only.​
19. In the event of cancellation or a refund for any reason, the discount coupon that has already been used cannot be reinstated, modified, or reused.​
20. Any applicable refund will be calculated based on the net amount paid after the discount has been applied, rather than the original amount before the discount.​
21. The discount coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons or promotions, unless otherwise specified in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.​
22. The discount coupon cannot be used for bookings redirected from third-party platforms or metasearch channels, including Skyscanner, KAYAK, Google Flights, Google Hotel Ads, TikTok Go Channel, Google Things To Do, and TripAdvisor.​
23. Bookings made using this discount coupon are not eligible to earn Traveloka Points.​
24. Traveloka reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or suspend the promotion without prior notice.​

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
