Terms and conditions for Trip.com Airport Transfer discounts
- This promotion is available exclusively to customers who make bookings through the designated partner campaign page: https://th.trip.com/w/ktcth. Bookings made through any other campaign pages or via https://th.trip.com will not be eligible for this promotion.
- The coupon is valid until 31 December 2026 and will automatically expire thereafter.
- Customers are entitled to a 10% discount, capped at THB 200 per booking, on airport transfer fares only. The discount does not apply to any additional services, including but not limited to child seats, insurance, or other optional add-ons.
- This promotion is available exclusively to holders of KTC-issued cards.There is no restriction on the service usage date, provided that the booking is made within the coupon validity period.Each user may claim a maximum of ten (10) coupons.Coupons cannot be split, redeemed for cash, transferred, resold, or combined with any other coupons or promotional offers.Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins and cannot be applied to orders that have already been paid for.
- If an order using a coupon is cancelled without penalty, remains unpaid until the payment deadline resulting in order failure, or otherwise fails to be completed:Unused coupons will be returned to the original account, provided that they have not expired.Expired coupons will not be reissued or reinstated.Paid orders cannot be modified.Where a cancellation fee applies, the coupon used (whether partially or fully applied) will not be returned or reinstated.
- Reservation of Rights
6.1 Trip.com reserves the right to revoke coupon eligibility and cancel any related bookings if a user is found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or improper conduct, including but not limited to submitting false registrations or orders, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
6.2 Trip.com reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these coupon terms and conditions at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
- KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
- KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
