Terms and conditions for Trip.com eSIM discounts​

1. Promotion Code Validity Period: From today until March 31, 2026 (GMT+8) or until supplies last. Redemption (after successful booking) will be on a first-come, first-served basis. ​
2. Eligibility: This promotion is for Trip.com members only. ​
3. During the promotion period, members who book eligible eSIM products on Trip.com via the app, mobile website, or PC website will be eligible for a 10% discount. The discount will be automatically applied to eligible products after redeeming the promotion code. This discount is only valid for bookings paid in Thai Baht (THB). ​
4. If a booking is cancelled or modified, the promotion code will be invalid and may not be reusable once the codes have been used up. ​
5. Only one promotion code can be used per booking, and each member can use each code set up to 5 times throughout the promotion period. This code cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. ​
6. Prices, dates, terms, and policies of the card may vary. Please check the relevant package page for pricing and terms and conditions before booking. ​
7. Trip.com reserves all rights to the final interpretation of these terms and conditions. ​
8. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or claim arising out of or related to this promotion, whether from contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or any other cause. ​
9. The use of multiple email addresses or devices to circumvent the rules is not permitted. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, including canceling bookings of users who engage in fraudulent behavior, misuse, or violate these terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction to resolve disputes. ​

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion​

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.​

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.​
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.​
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. ​
