Terms and conditions for Trip.com Flight discounts

1. Promo codes are valid for bookings paid with Thailand-issued KTC  Credit Card and can only be used when flight bookings are prepaid online in THB.
2. Promo code usage and travel period: 5 Jul 25 - 31 Dec 25.
3. Promo code platforms: Trip.com Thailand desktop website, mobile website, and app (Version 7.5 or higher).
4. Users must sign in to Trip.com Thailand accounts and make a flight booking with a minimum spending as follow, then enter the promo code on the payment page to receive the discount. The price is calculated after taxes but doesn’t include miscellaneous expenses such as additional baggage fees or insurance.
5. Promo codes can be applied to one-way or round-trip tickets booking all routes except china domestic routes. The discount can be used for calculating the airfare from the before tax and fee price, excluding additional expenses such as taxes, additional surcharges, and insurance fees.
6. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promo code can be used only ONCE per user for whole period.
7. Promo codes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or Trip Coins.
8. In case of booking cancellations, the promo code will be returned to the system, and other users can use it again.
9. Flight change and cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to the flight policies upon reservation.
10. Prices displayed are subject to availability. All prices are accurate at the time they are displayed and are updated regularly. Please refer to the details listed on Trip.com to confirm availability, prices, and terms and conditions.
11. Promo codes used to make bookings which are then modified by customer service hotline will be considered null and void. In such an event, customers will not be credited back with the promo code and will not be entitled to any new promo code.
12. Trip.com and KTC reserves the right to reject any non-eligible bookings and to all rights of final interpretation  

Shopback Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Exclusions: You will not receive a refund for: Child tickets, Infant tickets, Fuel costs, Package bookings (flights and hotels), Insurance purchases, Other interesting activities, Train tickets, Bookings made on http://ctrip.com/ and https://www.mytrip.com/, Purchases of gift cards, vouchers or store credits, Redeem gift cards or vouchers, Redeem store credits, Orders made with vouchers or promo codes not on our platform, Taxes, Booking fees Any amounts paid by you with gift cards, vouchers, promotions or store credits are not eligible for a refund. Any remaining amount paid by you with a card or cash will still be refunded, but if the amount is $0, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.
2. Refunds, Cancellations and No-Shows Purchases that are declined, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned are not eligible for a refund. For partial refunds or exchanges, we will calculate the refund rate based on the change in the prorated amount. No-shows or changes that result in a change in the booking code are not eligible for a refund. We will only track your refund if you stay.
3. Refund Tracking Limitations Your refund may initially be tracked at a different rate. Before adjusting to the correct rate when we confirm the order details. For overseas merchants, exchange rate differences may result in a slight change in the actual refund amount you receive. Purchases that are declined, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned are not eligible for a refund.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. 
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
