Terms and conditions for Trip.com Flight discounts
- Promotion Period: Valid until 31 March 2027, or until the discount codes are fully redeemed, whichever comes first. Travel Period: Valid until 30 June 2027. The promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must complete the booking and payment successfully to redeem the discount code.
- Eligible Platform: This promotion is available exclusively for bookings made via the Trip.com mobile application with the country/region set to Thailand and the language set to Thai or English. The promotion is not applicable to bookings made through the Trip.com website.
- Promotion Eligibility: Customers who book eligible flights and make payment in Thai Baht (THB) with a KTC VISA credit card are entitled to receive the following discounts.
The minimum spend includes taxes and fees but excludes additional charges such as extra baggage fees and travel insurance. - THB 4,000 discount per booking with a minimum spend of THB 60,000 per booking, applicable to all routes and Premium Economy, Business Class, and First Class fares only.
- THB 1,500 discount per booking with a minimum spend of THB 20,000 per booking, applicable to all routes.
- THB 600 discount per booking with a minimum spend of THB 10,000 per booking, applicable to all routes.
- This promotion is applicable to eligible flights on Trip.com departing from Thailand to destinations worldwide, for both one-way and round-trip bookings, excluding domestic flights within China. The discount code is applicable only to eligible flights. Customers may enter the discount code on the payment page before completing the final payment to check whether the booking is eligible for the promotion.
- Customers must log in to their Trip.com membership account to redeem the discount.
- The promotion is subject to limited availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers may use the promotion code multiple times throughout the promotion period, subject to the remaining quota. Discount codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or Trip Coins.
- The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or third-party cashback applications. If there is a channel-related issue when applying the discount code, please close all applications and reopen the Trip.com mobile application via Trip.com to redeem the discount code.
- In the event of a booking cancellation or modification, the discount code will be returned and made available for reuse, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Customers must use the returned code for a new booking. Reuse is subject to the remaining quota and promotion period.
- Use the credit card only when necessary and pay the full amount by the due date to avoid interest charges of 16% per annum.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
