Exclusions

• Accommodation Upgrades: Single supplement and stateroom upgrades
• Meals Ashore: Any meals not provided onboard

Amendment Policy

  1. Name changes are allowed once, with at least 120 days’ notice prior to departure
  2. Cabin type and location can be changed, subject to availability, with at least 120 days’ notice (fare differences may apply)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Deposit: 25% of the full fare is non-refundable from the time of booking
  2. More than 120 days before departure: Only the deposit (25%) will be forfeited; the remaining balance is not required
  3. Less than 120 days before departure: Full payment (100%) is required and non-refundable in all cases

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption

  1. This promotion program (the "Program") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to offer special privileges to KTC credit card members ("Members") who have spending via all types of KTC credit cards ("Cards") during the period 1 May 26 - 1 Nov 26 (the “Program Period”) under the specified conditions only.
  2. KTC reserves the right to exclude all types of KTC CASH BACK credit card members, KTC - National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, KTC PROUND, and KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS from participating in this Program.
  3. The redemption of points for the Program is reserved exclusively for Members who spend through the card via the participating partner only in accordance with the specified conditions.
  4. In cases where the spending amount on a sales slip includes a fraction of a satang, KTC reserves the right to round up to the nearest baht to use as the spending amount for calculating points to redeem discounts as per the Program.
  5. The right to redeem points for this promotion is reserved only for members who have sufficient points in their card account to redeem for discounts according to the conditions set in this promotion.
  6. Points redeemed for a package under this campaign cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. The card members are advised to carefully review the airfare conditions, including rules on flight changes, travel date/time changes, and/or cancellation policies before proceeding with point redemption.


0% installment payment with KTC card terms and conditions

  1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at Weekend Tours and its subsidiaries during 1 May 26 - 30 Sep 26 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
  2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD all type.
  3. The 0% installment payment with KTC card is for the payment of goods / services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
  4. All installment payments will not earn KTC FOREVER points.



"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
