Terms and conditions to get 10% discount from the regular price.

1. Can be when spending to board charter boats and join trips of all types of boats in every province that Once Yachting provides services with KTC credit card.
2. Can be used on all boats, both Half-Day and Full-Day.
3. This promotion can be used until 31 Dec 26
4. Promotional activities can be used on any day, including holidays or festivals.
5. Can be combined with other promotional activities related to Once Yachting .
6. Booking and full payment must be made at least 2 days before the departure date.
7. The departure date can be postponed at least 15 days before departure.
8. The time and program may be changed as needed without prior notice which depends on weather and daily water level
9. Pregnant women, young children, the elderly and people with heart disease, diabetes or asthma are not recommended to travel.
10. The company reserves the right to cancel/refund under any circumstances.
    
    

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
