Exclusive privilege for car service at AUTO1 Nationwide with KTC Credit Card

Conditions of the promotion : “Use KTC FOREVER points to redeem 20% cash back credit .”

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“ Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“ Points”) and spend via the card for after-sales service at AUTO1 service centers nationwide. During the period from 1 Jul 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 (“ Program Period”) only according to the specified conditions.
2. KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card members of all types , KTC CASH BACK of all types , KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society , KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies , and KTC PROUD cash cards of all types cannot participate in this program.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS message with ATN. Enter a space, followed by the 16- digit card number and the # symbol , followed by the amount of points you wish to redeem, and send to 0613845000 ( SMS service fees depend on the network provider) or register via the website every time within the day of spending via the card. Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC.  Therefore, you will be eligible to participate in this program.
4. In the event that a member registers to join the program more than once , KTC will consider only the successful registration on the first occasion.
5. In the case that members register for the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back credit into the card account.
6. If a member cancels a participating card for any reason, KTC will assume that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.
7. Members who spend 1,000 baht or more per sales slip via the card can redeem points (1,000 points) to receive cash back according to the specified conditions.
8. Calculating the number of points to redeem for this privilege, if the spending amount per sales slip has fractional satang, KTC will round up to the nearest baht.

Conditions for Redeeming 9 KTC FOREVER Points

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile app”). During the period from 1 Jul 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 (“ Program Period”) only according to the specified conditions.
2. The following credit cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Members can redeem 9 KTC FOREVER Points via the KTC Mobile app to receive an e-Coupon for 4 auto services worth up to THB 3,050 at AUTO1 service centers, within the promotion period and under specified conditions.
4. A total of 2,000 redemptions are available throughout the campaign period (limited availability).
5. Please notify staff and redeem your e-Coupon in person at the service counter before using the service.
6. Screenshots, photos, or screen recordings of the e-Coupon will not be accepted under any circumstances. Only redemptions made directly via the KTC Mobile app will be valid

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
