New Car Purchase Promotion at BYD SUSCO BEYOND with KTC Credit Cards

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer special privileges to KTC credit cardholders and/or KTC PROUD Mastercard/UnionPay cash cardholders (“Cardholders”) who make instalment payments using their cards at all BYD SUSCO BEYOND showroom branches nationwide during the period of 15 November 2025 – 30 April 2026 (“Campaign Period”), under the specified terms and conditions.
2. The following card types are excluded from this Campaign: KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC credit cards for government
3. This Campaign is applicable exclusively to instalment transactions for eligible goods and/or services that participate under the specified terms and conditions.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
