Special privileges for KTC credit cardmembers exclusively at Rungcharoen Auto group showrooms

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmember(s)”) who make card installment payment with 0% interest and credit line usage fee (“0%Installment Payment”) at participating Rungcharoen Auto Group showroom during 1 Nov 25 – 30 Apr 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration before or within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type CDF (space) 16-digit card number send to 0613845000 (Delivery fee depends on service provider) or by registering at ktc.promo/car-dealer, 1 time per 1 card number. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:
   

   Credit cash back	0% Installment Payment per sales slip
   100 Baht	5,000 - 9,999 Baht
   300 Baht	10,000 - 29,999 Baht
   800 Baht	30,000 - 49,999 Baht
   1,500 Baht	50,000 Baht up

6. KTC will calculate cash back value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
9. KTC reserves the right to not offer all types of KTC points for the card spending amount which has been used to claim for cash back hereunder. For avoidance of doubt, Cardmembers will firstly receive KTC points into their card account automatically, then such KTC points will be deducted from their card account when cash back has been credited to such card account. Nevertheless, if KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from such card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmember.
10. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, installment payment with KTC Card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
