Redeem points for 15% cashback at participating EV Charging Stations with KTC credit cards

Terms and Conditions of the “Use KTC FOREVER Points to Redeem Cash Back” Promotion

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating EV Charging Stations  during 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this promotion.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS, typing EVC followed by a space, 16-digit credit card number, and sending it to 0613845000 (SMS service fee depends on the network provider) or register via the website by registering once before or within the day of spending via the card. Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to be eligible to participate in this program
4. In case members register for the program more than once, KTC will consider the successful registration on the first time only.
5. In case members register for the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back credit into the card account.
6. If members cancel the participating cards for any reason, KTC will consider that members have waived their right to participate in this program.
7. Cardmembers who make purchases using their KTC credit card at participating merchants can redeem KTC FOREVER points equivalent to the spending amount to receive cashback, in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
8. In calculating the number of points to redeem the privileges under this program, if the spending amount per sales slip has fractional satang, KTC will round up the amount to the baht unit.
9. The right is reserved for only paying for products/services per 1 sales slip and cannot be separated into multiple sales slips to receive the privileges under this program.
10. KTC will credit the cash back to the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month. KTC will calculate the spending amount from the first day that the member successfully registers to join the program until the last day of the month/program (as the case may be).

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
