Steps to redeem an e-Coupon via KTC Mobile
1. Open the KTC Mobile app and select the card you want to use.
2. Tap “Redeem Points”. 3. Select the coupon category.
4. Enter the quantity and tap “Next”.
5. Review details and tap “Confirm”.
Steps to use an e-Coupon via KTC Mobile
1. Open KTC Mobile and go to “My Coupons”.
2. Select “Available Coupons” and choose the coupon you want to use.
3. Review the coupon details and proceed.
4. Tap “Confirm” to continue.
5. Show the QR Code, barcode, or coupon number to receive the benefit.
6. The coupon will then move to the “Used Coupons” section.
