Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 June 2026 - 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. All types of KTC JCB credit card are eligible for special privileges from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text PTG, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at
   www.ktc.co.th/promotion/gas-auto/gas/ptg, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip (after deducting discount), will be eligible to redeem KTC Points every 100 points for cashback according to the specified conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

 
Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer benefits to KTC card members ("Members") who have registered for the KTC Mobile application ("KTC Mobile App") and use the e-Coupon at any Punthai Coffee or Coffee World branch, excluding airport locations, under the specified conditions within 5 days from the date of receiving the e-Coupon only ("Campaign Period") and as per the specified conditions.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. All types of KTC JCB credit card are eligible for special privileges from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
3. When purchasing any beverage at Punthai Coffee or Coffee World at the regular price, receive a free participating drink (the complimentary item must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased drink), as follows:

4. Please inform the staff of your intention to use the privilege and press the "Use e-Coupon" button in front of the staff every time.
5. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances.
6. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.
7. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional campaigns.

 
General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The Spending made with all types of KTC credit cards at gas stations nationwide or under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542 will be subject to a spending limit for the calculation of KTC Points and/or cashback benefits. The spending limit will be capped at a maximum of 30,000 THB per card per month, effective April 1, 2026.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
