Terms and Conditions for the 3% Cash Back Promotion for KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD and KTC UNIONPAY Credit Cards

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to provide benefits to eligible KTC credit cardmembers (“Members”) who make purchases at participating PTT Station locations during the period from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027 (“Promotion Period”), subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
2. The following card types are not eligible to participate in this Promotion: all KTC JCB credit cards, all KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC – National Blood Centre Thai Red Cross Society credit cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE cards, KTC Government Service Cards, and all KTC PROUD cash cards.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS with the format PTT [space] [16-digit card number] to 0613845000 (SMS charges are subject to the service provider’s rates) or register via the designated website before or on the date of the qualifying transaction. Members will be eligible only after receiving a registration confirmation message from KTC. Registration is limited to the first 35,000 card accounts that successfully register and meet the qualifying spending requirements.
4. In the event that a Member registers more than once, only the first successful registration will be recognized.
5. Eligibility is limited to Members who make purchases at participating merchants under MCC Codes 5541 and 5542, with spending of THB 1,000 or more per sales slip, during the Promotion Period.
6. Eligible Members will receive 3% cash back based on qualifying spending of THB 1,000 per sales slip.
7. Cash back is limited to two (2) entitlements per card account per month, with a maximum total cash back of THB 240 per card account/member throughout the Promotion Period.
8. If a Member registers more than one eligible card, spending and cash back calculations will be performed separately for each card account.
9. If a Member cancels any participating card for any reason, the Member shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights under this Promotion.
10. KTC will calculate eligible spending on a monthly basis. For the first month, spending will be calculated from the date of successful registration through the last day of that month, based on qualifying transactions posted during that period.
11. Cash back will be credited to the Member’s card account within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month in which qualifying transactions are posted.
12. No KTC points of any kind will be awarded for spending used to calculate the 3% cash back under this Promotion. If points are credited to the Member’s account, such points may not be used and will be deducted on the date the cash back is credited. If KTC is unable to reverse the points, KTC reserves the right not to grant the cash back under this Promotion.

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The Spending made with all types of KTC credit cards at gas stations nationwide or under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542 will be subject to a spending limit for the calculation of KTC Points and/or cashback benefits. The spending limit will be capped at a maximum of 30,000 THB per card per month, effective April 1, 2026.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
