Terms and Conditions for the 5% Cash Back e-Coupon Promotion for KTC JCB Credit Cards

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to provide benefits to holders of all KTC JCB credit cards (“Members”) who have registered and activated the KTC Mobile Application (“KTC Mobile App”) and make eligible purchases at participating PTT Station locations under MCC Codes 5541 and 5542 during the period from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027 (“Promotion Period”), subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
2. Members who spend THB 900 or more per sales slip (net spending after discounts) during the Promotion Period shall receive a THB 45 Cash Back e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via the KTC Mobile App.
3. KTC will deliver the e-Coupon to eligible Members through the KTC Mobile App on the same date the qualifying transaction is recorded. Members must redeem the e-Coupon within the validity period stated therein in order to receive the cash back credited to their card account. KTC reserves the right to cancel any unused e-Coupon that is not redeemed within the specified period without prior notice.
4. Cash back will be credited to the Member’s card account within five (5) business days from the date the Member redeems the e-Coupon, based on Thailand local time and KTC system records.
5. Members who register for the KTC Mobile App after making a qualifying transaction will not be eligible to receive any e-Coupon retroactively.
6. Only transactions of THB 900 or more per sales slip (net spending after discounts) qualify for this Promotion. Transaction splitting into multiple sales slips to obtain additional benefits is not permitted.
7. The Promotion is limited to the first 10,000 e-Coupon entitlements per month, with a total maximum of 40,000 entitlements throughout the Promotion Period.

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The Spending made with all types of KTC credit cards at gas stations nationwide or under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542 will be subject to a spending limit for the calculation of KTC Points and/or cashback benefits. The spending limit will be capped at a maximum of 30,000 THB per card per month, effective April 1, 2026.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
