Terms and Conditions for the “Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for Cash Back” Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to provide benefits to eligible KTC credit cardmembers (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and make purchases at PTT Station during the period from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027 (“Promotion Period”), subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
2. The following card types are not eligible to participate in this Promotion: all KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC – National Blood Centre Thai Red Cross Society credit cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE cards, KTC Government Service Cards, and all KTC PROUD cash cards.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS with the format PTP [space] [16-digit card number] to 0613845000 (SMS charges are subject to the service provider’s rates) or register via the designated website before or on the date of the qualifying transaction. Members will be eligible only after receiving a registration confirmation message from KTC.
4. In the event that a Member registers more than once, only the first successful registration will be recognized.
5. If a Member registers more than one eligible card, spending and cash back calculations will be performed separately for each card account.
6. If a Member cancels any participating card for any reason, the Member shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights under this Promotion.
7. Members who make purchases at participating merchants under MCC Codes 5541 and 5542 may redeem 100 KTC FOREVER Points for cash back benefits in accordance with the Promotion terms and conditions.
8. For the purposes of calculating the number of points required for redemption, any satang amount in the transaction value will be rounded up to the nearest Baht.
9. Benefits are applicable only to purchases made under a single sales slip. Transaction splitting into multiple sales slips to obtain additional benefits is not permitted.
10. KTC will credit the cash back to the Member’s card account within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month in which the qualifying transaction is posted. Eligible spending will be calculated from the date of successful registration through the last day of the applicable month or Promotion Period, as the case may be.

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The Spending made with all types of KTC credit cards at gas stations nationwide or under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542 will be subject to a spending limit for the calculation of KTC Points and/or cashback benefits. The spending limit will be capped at a maximum of 30,000 THB per card per month, effective April 1, 2026.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
