The Redeeming KTC FOREVER points via KTC Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during 1 July 2026 - 31 December 2026 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this promotion
3. Cardmember can redeem 449 KTC FOREVER points for Discount code 50 THB and  899 KTC FOREVER points for Discount code 100 THB via KTC Mobile App according to the specified terms and conditions.
4. The required points will be automatically deducted from the card account used for redemption according to the specified number of points.
5. This offer is reserved for cardmembers with sufficient points for redemption. If the cardmember has insufficient points, they will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
6. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changeed, or refund in any case

The Using e-Coupon via KTC Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app and KTC Promo (“KTC Mobile app)” at Participating SUSCO and SINOPEC SUSCO Gas Stations during  1 July 2026 - 31 December 2026 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Please notify staff  and press redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
3. The e-Coupon must be redeemed in the presence of staff in order to receive the privilege.
4. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances  
5. The e-Coupon can be used when refueling at SUSCO or SINOPEC SUSCO stations with a minimum spend of THB 50 per sales slip for a THB 50 discount coupon, and THB 100 per sales slip for a THB 100 discount coupon.  
6. The e-Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date the cardmember redeems KTC FOREVER points via the KTC Mobile app
7. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changeed, or refund in any case.

 
“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The Spending made with all types of KTC credit cards at gas stations nationwide or under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542 will be subject to a spending limit for the calculation of KTC Points and/or cashback benefits. The spending limit will be capped at a maximum of 30,000 THB per card per month, effective April 1, 2026.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
