Promotion for KTC JCB credit card on Apple applications

1. A JCB card issued in Thailand must be used for payment.
2. Only purchases made at Apple Services are eligible for this promotion.
3. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or service, except as specifically permitted by JCB or the merchant.

5. The cashback amount will be calculated based on the final settlement amount paid, including taxes and any other special offers that may be used in conjunction with it.
6. The right to receive this offer may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

8. Registration is not required to participate in this promotion.
9. Transactions that qualify for this promotion will be counted based on the date of the transaction. However, transactions that take a long time to process sales and for which sales information is not received within a certain period of time may not be counted.

10. Cashback will be paid via the card issuer you used. The timing of cashback depends on the issuer.
    Estimated cashback month: March-April
11. Cashback may have a chance to be charged for a handling fee depending on the issuer.
12. Only transactions settled in THB are eligible for cashback.
13. Amounts less than the significant digits of the currency in question will be rounded down.
14. The exchange rate at which a transaction is settled may be different from the rate at which cashback was awarded. It depends on the rate at which cashback was awarded by the bank.
15. Cashback may not be awarded in the following cases:
    - If the transaction of goods or services has been changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed to be fraudulent
    - If you cancel your card or do not set up an account by the cashback date
    - If the card number is changed due to a card switch or reissue before the cashback date
    - If your membership is invalid at the time of cashback
    - If the payment cannot be processed during the promotion period due to system failure or other reasons
    -  If the payment is made through a third-party institution instead of directly at the participating merchant
16. JCB International Co., Ltd. and Apple Services are not responsible for any disputes related to this special offer.
17. In the event that a cardmember violates these terms and conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with the participation in this promotion, JCB International Co., Ltd. and  Apple Services may suspend or cancel the special offer or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting special offers accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.
18. The promotion period indicated here is the period for which this promotion is scheduled to run at the time of the information release. This promotion may continue after the above period.

20. The cashback amount earned through this promotion will appear as a “Refund” transaction in your account and will be calculated based on accumulated spending at XXXX merchants only. After the cashback has been credited, the system will automatically deduct KTC points from the cardmember’s account based on the cashback amount received under this promotion.
21. Cardmembers who meet the specified spending requirements will receive cashback credits in their card account within 30 days from the end of the promotional period.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
