Promotion JCB Lucky Draw Season2  with KTC JCB credit card

1. This promotion is reserved exclusively for all KTC JCB credit cardholders (“ Cards ”) issued by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (collectively referred to as the “ Card Company ” )
2. Cardholders will have the right to win prizes when spending via the card at merchants in Thailand and overseas meets the conditions set by The Company and the Card Company during the promotional period. For spending in foreign currencies, the rights will be counted from the total amount in Thai Baht on the date of transaction (Transaction date).
3. Cardholders are required to register only once per card for the entire promotion period, from November 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 only through the following designated registration channels: Send an SMS message with JLD followed by a space followed by a 16-digit credit card number to or register via the www.ktc.co.th/jcbluckydraw website. Cardholders must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. If the cardholder wishes to use multiple cards to participate in this promotional campaign, the cardholder must register each card with each card issuing company.
5. Once successfully registered, cardholders will be entitled to participate in the promotion throughout the promotion period. Cardholders will receive 1 chance to win when spending under the specified conditions is 500 Baht or more/sales slip. Spending below 500 Baht will not be calculated for prize eligibility.
   Example:
   
   • Spending of 400 Baht / sales slip: cardholder will not receive a chance to win.
   • Spending of 200 Baht / sales slip AND spending of 300 Baht / sales slip: cardholder will not receive a chance to win.
   • Spending of 500 Baht / sales slip: cardholder will receive 1 chance to win.
   • Spending of 1,500 Baht / sales slip: cardholder will receive 1 chance to win.
   • Spending of 700 Baht / sales slip AND spending of 600 Baht / sales slip: cardholder will receive 2 chances to win.
6. The number of chances to win a prize will be calculated separately based on the spending of each Card.
7. The spending amount via the Card that will be used to calculate the right to win prizes must occur within the promotional period only. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium (MCC 6211), installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
8. Eligibility to participate in this promotional campaign is determined separately based on the credit card registered with each issuing company. For example, if a cardholder registers and spends using a card issued by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, they will be eligible only for prizes offered by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited. However, this does not limit the cardholder’s right to participate in promotions with more than one card issuer.
9. The Company and the card company reserve the right to verify evidence of participation as necessary. Therefore, cardholders must keep evidence of participation and sales slips as necessary.
10. In the event of any amendments, changes, or additions to the terms and conditions of this promotion and/or any changes to the prizes/privileges under this promotion and/or cancellation of this promotion for any reason whatsoever, the Company will notify via http://www.specialoffers.jcb/th/campaign/detail/JCBLuckyDrawSeason2/89446/ and the Card Company will announce through www.ktc.co.th/jcbluckydraw at least 30 days in advance.
11. Employees of the Company and the Card Company, its affiliates, and any entities involved in this promotional campaign are not eligible to participate.
12. Prizes awarded under this promotional campaign cannot be exchanged for cash, reward points, or other items, and may not be transferred to any other party under any circumstances.
13. The Company and the Card Company reserve the right to grant promotional privileges only to cardholders who maintain active membership status with accounts in good standing and without any record of default throughout the campaign period, up to the date on which KTC confers the benefits.
14. The Company and the Card Company reserve the right to cancel, revoke, or reclaim any prizes or benefits, in whole or in part, and to seek compensation for damages in cases where participation is deemed dishonest, fraudulent, or deceptive. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of credit card terminals (EDC) in businesses affiliated with the cardholder, participation for commercial purposes, misuse of the card in violation of the intended consumer purpose, breach of credit card or personal loan agreements, default on payments, or subsequent cancellation of transactions. The decision to grant privileges rests solely with the Company and the card issuer, who may request additional information from the cardholder as necessary, regardless of whether the prize has already been awarded.
15. The Company and the Card company are not responsible for any compensation or indemnity under any circumstances and are not involved in the provision of prizes. In the event of any inquiries or defects, prize winners must contact the issuer of the gift voucher, cash coupon, or gift card directly.
16. Other terms and conditions of this promotional activity shall be determined by the Company. The terms and conditions for credit card usage shall be determined by each issuing card company.
17. These terms and conditions are provided in both Thai and foreign languages. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation purposes.

Prize Details and Value

• 1st Prize: JTB Travel Gift Vouchers for a trip to Japan, redeemable for participating goods or services such as airline tickets, accommodation bookings, car rentals, theme park tickets, etc. Total of 3 prizes, each prize valued at 200,000 Baht, total value 600,000 Baht.
• 2nd Prize: Sushiro restaurant Cash Coupon or Magic Gift Card by Central Group. Total of 30 prizes, each prize valued at 5,000 Baht, total value 150,000 Baht.
• Second Prize winners have the right to choose either Sushiro restaurant Cash Coupon or Magic Gift Card by Central Group, each prize valued at 5,000 Baht. Prize winners must inform the Company's representative of their preference. After confirming prize acceptance, changes cannot be made.
• Prize winners shall be responsible for any fees and other taxes that may arise from the prizes listed above.

Prize Drawing Procedure

1. The Company will compile the chances of eligible cardholders who have met the stipulated conditions and conduct the entire prize drawing at Villa Baron Hotel, Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, No. 81, 88 Soi Chaengwattana-Pakkret 9, Pakkret Sub-district, Pakkret District, Nonthaburi 11120, on April 19, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM.
2. The selection of eligible prize winners will be through a random draw, overseen by external qualified persons, operational committee, and a witness committee (responsible for verifying the ballots and witnessing the draw). Throughout the drawing process, a screen will display the eligible recipients who win each prize. The draw will be conducted separately for each issuing card company.
3. Cardholders are eligible to win without a limit on the number of chances. However, if a cardholder wins more than one prize, regardless of whether they are from the same or different prize categories, the cardholder will be entitled to receive only the prize with the highest value. The committee will then draw a replacement eligible recipient for the forfeited prize(s).
4. In the case where the same cardholder has registered with more than one issuing card company and wins more than one prize from different issuing card companies, the cardholder will also be entitled to receive only one prize, based on the following criteria:
   a) If the prizes are of equal value, the cardholder will receive the prize only from the Card Company where they have accumulated the highest number of chances to win.
   b) If the prizes include both the First and Second prizes, the cardholder will receive only the First Prize.
5. The Company reserves the right to draw names of alternate eligible winners to be used in case a winner forfeits their prize or does not fully meet the qualifications.
6. The drawing will be conducted under License No. 429 / 2568, issued at the Pakkret District Office, Nonthaburi Province, on October 3, 2025.

Prize Verification and Claim Procedure

1. The Company will announce the list of eligible prize winners on April 21, 2026, via the Card Company's website.
2. The Card Company will contact prize-winning cardholders from April 21, 2026 to May 21, 2026, using the telephone number provided to the Card Company. The Card Company will also send a letter to cardholders at the address provided to the Card Company. Cardholders may additionally request to receive email or SMS messages as proof of prize eligibility notification from the Company's representative.
3. Cardholders must personally confirm with the Company's representative whether they wish to accept the prize through the specified contact channels by May 26, 2026. Simultaneously, they must submit the following documents to the Company's representative via email or through channels designated by the Company's representative to confirm eligibility:
   • Copy of Identification Card
   • Proof of prize notification from the Card Company (letter, email, or SMS)
4. The Company's representative will verify the documents and contact the cardholder to arrange for eligible prize winners to claim their prizes, or submit additional documents in case of incomplete documentation, by June 2, 2026.
5. If the Card Company is unable to contact the cardholder through the provided channels by May 21, 2026, or if the cardholder does not confirm their intention to accept the prize by May 26, 2026, or if the cardholder does not claim the prize by June 2, 2026, the cardholder shall be deemed to have forfeited their right to receive the prize without any objection. In such cases, the Card Company will proceed to contact alternate eligible prize winner(s).
6. In the event of forfeiture, and/or if the eligible prize recipient does not fully meet the qualifications or fails to comply with the rules, regulations, or conditions stipulated by the Company, the Card Company will contact the alternate prize winners in sequence, starting from June 5, 2026. The alternate winners must confirm with the Company's representative through the specified contact channels within the designated timeframe whether they wish to accept the prize. After confirming eligibility, the Company's representative will verify documents and arrange for prize delivery. Prize-winning cardholder is required to pay the withholding tax before receiving the prize. The Card Company will continue to contact the next alternate winner(s) until the total number of prizes has been confirmed or until November 19, 2026, whichever occurs first
7. The prize winner is required to claim the prize in person at the Company's representative only.

JTB Gift Voucher’s Terms and Conditions

1. Terms of Use

• One JTB Gift Voucher prize consists of 4 vouchers, each valued at 50,000 Baht, for a total value of 200,000 Baht.
• These vouchers may only be used to purchase travel-related goods and services for travel to Japan, inclusive of 7% VAT, sold by JTB (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Eligible goods and services include: round-trip airline tickets to Japan, JR Pass, Universal Studios Japan admission tickets and Universal Express Pass, hotel/ryokan accommodations, One Day Tours, car rentals, private transfer services, Japan Marathon Products, and Private Tours.
• These vouchers may only be used to purchase goods and services for the winner and their traveling companions. The prize winner must be one of the travelers on every trip.
• Maximum of 4 vouchers may be used per single trip.
• The Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be assigned or given to any other person under any circumstances.
