Promotion for KTC JCB credit card at TrueMoney

1. Exclusively for cardholders of JCB credit cards issued in Thailand. 
2. When the cardholder links their JCB credit card to their TrueMoney application account and make payments using the JCB credit card on TrueMoney, upon reaching an accumulated spending amount of 2,000 THB in any month during the promotional period, the cardholder is eligible for a 100 THB cashback for that month.
3. The accumulated spending amount does not include payments at Lotus department stores, Lotus’s Go Fresh and Lotus’s online, Makro department stores and Makro online, MRT top-ups, Easy Pass top-ups, fund payments, gold payments, and other utility payments such as water bills, electricity bills, phone service fee, internet package top-ups, etc.
4. Promotion period starts from January 1st, 2026 to March 31st, 2026.
5. Limited to 1 privilege per ID card number per month, and a maximum of 2,000 privileges per month or 6,000 privileges throughout the promotional period (total value of 600,000 THB). Privileges will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis to cardholders who reach the 2,000 THB spending requirement earlier.
6. The first 2,000 cardholders each month who meet the spending requirement will receive the cashback in their TrueMoney application by the 10th of the following month. 
7. In the case where a cardholder has more than one JCB credit card linked to TrueMoney application, the system will combine the accumulated spending of all cards.
8. Cashback credits cannot be exchanged, converted, or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person.
9. The company reserves the right to reclaim the credited cashback from cardholders if a spending transaction is cancelled, resulting in the accumulated spending during the promotional period dropping below 2,000 THB in the same month.
10. The company considers all information collected to be true and accurate. Cardholders must keep evidence of their participation, including sales slips, to confirm eligibility.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
