Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card at Dragon Pass

1. Register for the promotion and accumulate total spending of THB 10,000 during the promotion period. The system will issue an entitlement coupon within 3 days after the spending requirement has been fulfilled.
2. Redeem the coupon through the “Unused” menu by selecting “Use” under the desired promotion, then “Use Now”, and “Confirm”. The user must redeem the coupon within 30 days from the date the coupon is displayed in the system; otherwise, the coupon will be deemed forfeited. The redemption period can be checked under “Valid until”.
3. To access participating airport lounges worldwide, present the QR Code at the participating lounge service counter. To display the QR Code, go to U Rewards, select the “Used” menu, and then select “To Use”. The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date the coupon is redeemed and must be used within the validity period. The coupon usage period can be checked under “Expiry date.”
   

Terms and Conditions:

1. Limited to 1 redemption/user throughout the promotion period. Each user may register a maximum of one card only, and the registered card cannot be changed to another card under any circumstances.
2. The promotion is limited to 1,350 redemptions throughout the promotion period on a first-come, first-served basis. The promotion will end immediately once the total quota of redemptions is reached.
3. Eligible transactions will be calculated from the time the cardholder successfully registers for the promotion using a participating card until 31 Dec 2026 at 22:00 hrs. Thailand time.
4. Successful registration does not constitute confirmation of eligibility or a guarantee that the cardholder will be entitled to receive the benefit.
5. Eligible spending transactions are subject to UnionPay’s terms and conditions. Eligible spending will be calculated based on spending accumulated through the registered UnionPay card after successful registration. Spending made with other cards or in different currencies cannot be combined for the purpose of calculating the eligible spending amount.
6. The promotion can be used in conjunction with any other promotions. 
7. The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

9. For any issues with the benefit not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand”
   (https://www.facebook.com/UnionPayThailand) within 45 days from the transaction date for further assistance. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject any retroactive refund or compensation claims.
10. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation if the user is unable to receive the benefit due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, such as a lost or expired card, pre-authorized transactions posted after the transaction date due to delayed system posting, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported device, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled. 
11. In case of any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of benefits, unlawful conduct, or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right, without prior notice, to disqualify any cardholder and/or cancel, revoke, or claw back any or all benefits granted. UnionPay International further reserves the right to deny participation in any future promotions, and to seek compensation and/or take legal action as deemed appropriate depending on the severity of each case.
12. UnionPay International is not the supplier or provider of any products or services and shall not be responsible for any products, services, or ancillary services offered by the merchants, which shall be solely responsible for the same. For any inquiries or disputes, cardholders should contact the relevant merchant or service provider directly.
13. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
