Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card at Dragon Pass

1. The privilege is limited to a total quota of 1,000 throughout the Promotion Period and will be granted to eligible Cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis. The system will calculate each entitlement cycle from 23:01 hrs (Thailand time) to 23:00 hrs (Thailand time) on the following day. Transactions made from 23:01 hrs (Thailand time) onwards shall be counted toward the entitlement calculation of the next day.
2. Cardholders are required to accumulate eligible spending of at least Thai Baht seven thousand (THB 7,000) or above using participating cards. Privilege coupons will be issued to eligible Cardholders within 3 days after the required spending threshold has been fulfilled.
3. Upon receipt of the privilege coupon, Cardholders are required to activate the benefit via the DragonPass service page through U Rewards within 30 days from the date of issuance. Following activation, Cardholders must visit a participating airport lounge within sixty (60) days from the activation date and present the lounge access code for verification prior to lounge entry.
4. Eligible transactions shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified on U Rewards. Accumulated spending will be calculated solely based on transactions made with the registered UnionPay Card. Spending from multiple cards or transactions in different currencies cannot be combined for eligibility calculation.
5. The amount displayed on the sales receipt or payment page may reflect the full price prior to discount. The actual amount paid after the discount will be reflected in the SMS notification and in the cardholder’s bank statement or mobile banking application.
6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
7. When multiple UnionPay promotions are available, cardholders are entitled to only one promotion. The system will automatically apply the promotion offering the highest discount or benefit.
8. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

11. In the event of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.
12. If case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the user will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.
13. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the user is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, such as a lost or expired card, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported device, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled. 
14. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
15. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
