Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card on MRT Blue Line and Purple Line

1. Each ride counts as one redemption, tap in and tap out counts as one ride.
2. Discount capped at THB 550 card/month, calculated cumulatively from regular fare and actual charge on first-come-first-served basis until redemption last.
3. The discount is available on a first-come, first-served basis, the promotion is limited 86,000 redemptions/month, with a total quota of 860,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period.
4. The amount shown on the card issuer’s statement or app will be the fare after discount, depending on the issuing bank’s billing date.
5. This promotion is valid only for tap-to-pay transactions at MRT Blue Line and Purple Line automated fare collection gates (all stations) via EMV contactless.
6. The discount will be calculated based on the regular fare rate and will apply only when entering at stations on MRT Blue Line or Purple Line and exiting at stations on MRT Blue Line and Purple Line.
7. For any issues using your card for tap-to-pay, please contact your issuing bank’s call center.
8. For any issues with the discount not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand”.
9. In the event of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
