Special privilege for KTC UNIONPAY cardmembers when scan QR to pay

1. Discount is limited to THB 60/card/sales slip and up to THB 300/card/month on a first-come, first-served basis. 
2. The promotion is limited 12,000 redemptions per month, with a total quota of 144,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period.
3. The amount shown on the receipt or banking app may reflect the pre-discount amount. The actual payment deducted will be based on the final amount charged by the issuing bank.
4. This promotion is applicable only via the KTC Mobile, ICBC Mobile Banking, BOC TH Mobile Banking App that support UnionPay QR Code payments. Transactions must be processed through the UnionPay network to qualify.
5. When multiple UnionPay promotions are available, cardholders are entitled to only one promotion. The system will automatically apply the promotion offering the highest discount or benefit.
6. Some merchants may not participate in the promotion due to factors such as lack of UnionPay QR Code acceptance or internal operational limitations. If you do not receive the discount after making a purchase, you are advised to request a transaction cancellation at the store and contact UnionPay Customer Service via  Facebook “UnionPay International – Thailand” for further investigation.
7. In case of refunds or product returns, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded. The discount amount is non-refundable.
8. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
9. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
