Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card at Tollways

1. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and each transaction  counts as one redemption.
2. Discount is limited to 2 redemptions/card/day, with a maximum discount of THB 500 /card/month.
3. The promotion is limited to 2,000 redemptions/day, with a total quota of 360,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period.
4. The amount shown on the statement or app of the card-issuing bank will be the fare amount after the discount, depending on the issuing bank’s billing date.
5. This promotion is valid for tap to pay transaction at the cash lanes on 7 tollways  (Chaloem Maha Nakhon, Si Rat, Udon Ratthaya, Prachim Ratthaya, Chalong Rat, Kanchanaphisek (Bang Phli – Suksawat), and Don Mueang Tollway via EMV Contactless system only. Easy Pass top-ups are not included.
6. The discount will be calculated based on the regular toll fare and is only applicable when tap the card at the cash lanes of the 7 tollways.
7. For any issues using your card for tap-to-pay, please contact your issuing bank’s call center.
8. For any issues with the discount not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand”.
9. In the event of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.
10. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
11. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
