Promotion GrabFood Dine-Out Deals with KTC VISA credit card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Feb 26 – 31 Jul 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only. 
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY.  
3. Receive discount THB 100 off with minimum spend of THB 500 on GrabFood Dine-out service. 
4. Consumers must fill KTCVDINE in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC VISA Credit Card before placing the food order. 
5. Applicable for all deals on GrabFood Dine-out 
6. Eligible for GrabFood 'Dine-out' service only 
7. The promotion code is valid from 1 February 2026 to 31 July 2026 or until redemptions last. 
8. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month. 
9. Limited to 500 redemptions per month. 
10. Promotional offers can be combined with other discount codes with conditions specified by Grab 
11. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received with KTC VISA credit card only. And if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order. 
12. Grab and KTC reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and KTC decision shall be deemed final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
