Exclusive Privileges for KTC - KRUNGTHAI WEALTH Credit Cardmembers

1. Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) and Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) jointly organize this promotional campaign (the “Campaign”) to offer exclusive privileges to KTC – KRUNGTHAI WEALTH credit cardmembers, namely KTC – KRUNGTHAI ICONIC, KTC – KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+, and/or KTC – KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE (collectively referred to as the “Cardmembers”). Cardmembers whose cumulative foreign currency spending from all cards under the primary cardholder’s credit limit (including all primary and supplementary cards under KTC – KRUNGTHAI WEALTH) reaches THB 1,000,000 or more (based on transaction posting date) are eligible to redeem KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) earned between 15 March 2026 – 31 December 2026 (the “Spending Accumulation Period”) for Royal Orchid Plus miles (“ROP Miles”).
2. This privilege is exclusively available to Cardmembers who maintain Krungthai Wealth status in accordance with the Bank’s asset requirements.
3. Cardmembers who wish to participate in this Campaign must redeem a minimum of 500 KTC Points for 500 ROP Miles (at a 1:1 ratio), with a maximum redemption of 100,000 points per Cardmember. KTC – KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE Cardmembers must contact KTC VIP SERVICE at 02 123 5555, while KTC – KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+ and KTC – KRUNGTHAI ICONIC Cardmembers must contact KTC EXCLUSIVE SERVICE at 02 123 5333 only. Redemptions can be made from 15 March 2026 – 31 March 2027.
4. This privilege is applicable to primary cardholders only. KTC will calculate cumulative spending from all cards under the primary cardholder’s credit limit (including all primary and supplementary cards under KTC – KRUNGTHAI WEALTH) in foreign currency transactions at merchants charged in local currency (FX) within the Spending Accumulation Period, totaling THB 1,000,000 or more. Transactions processed in Thai Baht at overseas merchants (Dynamic Currency Conversion: DCC) and foreign currency cash advances are excluded.
5. KTC Points used for redemption must be earned from the same card used to accumulate spending under this Campaign.
6. KTC Points transferred from other cards from 15 March 2026 onwards are not eligible for redemption under this Campaign.
7. Each Cardmember may redeem points under this Campaign without limit on the number of redemptions, subject to a maximum of 100,000 points per Cardmember. In case a Cardmember holds more than one KTC – KRUNGTHAI WEALTH credit card, the privilege can be applied to only one card.
8. Cardmembers wishing to redeem ROP Miles must be Royal Orchid Plus members. Non-members may apply and obtain more information at www.thaiairways.com/rop or call 02 356 1111.
9. Once KTC Points are converted into ROP Miles, such miles cannot be converted back into KTC Points. KTC reserves the right not to be responsible for any redeemed points.
10. The credit cardholder and the Royal Orchid Plus member must be the same person.
11. In the event of transaction cancellation or refund after redemption, regardless of the reason, KTC reserves the right to reclaim the KTC Points used in such transactions in all cases.
12. The privilege cannot be exchanged, refunded in cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions.
13. Any conditions not specified herein shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant/service provider. Please review such terms prior to purchase.
14. The Bank and KTC are not involved in the provision of goods and/or services under this privilege and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, defect, or any other issues arising therefrom. In case of any issues, inquiries, or requests for receipts/tax invoices, Cardmembers are advised to contact the service provider directly. The Bank and KTC reserve the right to amend, change, add, or cancel any terms and/or privileges, in whole or in part, including substituting privileges of similar value, with at least 30 days’ prior notice via the Bank’s and/or KTC’s website and/or other communication channels as determined by the Bank and/or KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
