Terms & Conditions of the Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) to offer exclusive privilege to KTC VISA INFINITE, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS VISA INFINITE, KTC - FICO VISA INFINITE, KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA INFINITE, KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE, KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING, KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+, KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC, KTC X VISA SIGNATURE, KTC X - BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE, KTC DIGITAL VISA SIGNATURE, KTC VISA SIGNATURE, KTC - BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE, and KTC - VEJTHANI HOSPITAL VISA SIGNATURE credit card members (“Members”) who have accumulated spending of at least THB 30,000 in foreign currency at overseas merchants or online merchants registered abroad during April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. Members must register for the Promotion via the KTC website or by sending an SMS with the text “VDI” followed by a space and 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS service charges depend on the network provider) or register via the website https://ktc.promo/visa-dragonpass. Members must register before and/or on the date of the first transaction and receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible. One-time registration grants eligibility for the entire Promotion Period.
3. The following transactions are not eligible for this Promotion:
   
   • Transactions at merchants registered in the 31 European Economic Area (EEA) countries* and the People’s Republic of China
   • Transactions made in Thai Baht (THB)
   • Ticket purchases made directly from airlines (under Airlines and Air Carriers category, MCC 3000-3100, 3102-3308, 4511 (For more MCC details, visit www.visa.co.th)
     *The 31 European Economic Area (EEA) countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (including Aland Islands), France (including French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Saint Martin (French Part), and Mayotte), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Sweden, United Kingdom (including Gibraltar), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway (including Svalbard and Jan Mayen).
4. Limited to 1 redemption per credit card number throughout the Promotion Period.
5. Limited to 4,500 redemptions throughout the Promotion Period.
6. KTC will calculate the accumulated card spending of the Members throughout the Promotion Period. Once the conditions are met, members will receive a DragonPass code via the KTC Mobile App within 60 days from the end of the Promotion Period.
7. Members must use the DragonPass code received via the KTC Mobile App to redeem lounge access at https://dragonpassgo.com/ according to the specified conditions only.
8. Members will receive a QR Code (Lounge Pass) for lounge access. The QR Code (Lounge Pass) is valid for one year from the date of successful redemption.
9. When using  the airport lounge, Members must present the QR Code (Lounge Pass), passport, and boarding pass to the lounge staff for verification. Lounge access is subject to each lounge’s rules and policies, and service availability will depend on the capacity of that lounge, which may not be available in case of high occupancy.
10. The lounge pass received from this Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-convertible into other benefits. Any additional expenses incurred at the lounge will be the sole responsibility of the Members.
11. Terms and conditions for accessing the airport lounges are as specified by DragonPass.

General Terms & Conditions of the Promotion

1. The privileges under this Promotion cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to others.
2. Eligible Members must maintain normal account status with no outstanding debt throughout the Promotion Period until the privileges are granted. KTC’s records shall be final.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant, revoke, cancel, or reclaim the privileges, in whole or in part, or demand compensation (if applicable) if there is dishonest, fraudulent, or deceptive participation to obtain privilege in this Promotion, or if the card is used for commercial business, used against specified conditions, or used for purposes other than consumption, or if the Member cancels a transaction after KTC has already provided the benefits.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, penalties, fees, refunds from canceled purchases/services, or any type of refund from the calculation for providing privilege to Members under this Promotion.
5. Other conditions not specified in this Promotion shall be as determined by the merchants/service providers. Please check the terms before purchasing products/services.
