Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at Sephora Stores Thailand during 26 November 2025 – 1 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC VISA Cardmembers spend on card at the minimum of 4,999 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to receive a Layers of Love scarf (mixed designs) by presenting their sales slip to the staff at Sephora Stores Thailand at Sephora Siam Center, CentralWorld, and EmQuartier.
3. KTC reserves to 1 right per sales slip, per card number, per day. Complimentary gifts are limited to 150 pieces.
4. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards (except Sephora Gift Cards), other services, or non-participating products.
5. Products purchased with a discount are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
6. Beauty Pass member privileges and Reward Boutique benefits are applicable during the sale period, except for redeeming 500 Beauty Pass points for a 10% discount, which cannot be used during the sale period.

KTC FOREVER points redemption for discount terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card”) at [Sephora Stores Thailand] during 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with KTC card at the minimum of 999 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers can redeem 1) 999 KTC FOREVER Points to receive discount 12% (120 baht) for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only. OR for cardmembers who spend with KTC card at the minimum of 3,999 Baht per sales slip, the cardmembers can redeem 2) 3,999 KTC FOREVER Points to receive discount 15% (600 baht) for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. Any discount availed from this promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
5. This promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and any product sold in the rental booths or shops.
6. This promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
7. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip per day only throughout the promotion period. 

KTC FOREVER points for cash back terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card”) at Sephora Thailand Online (www.sephora.co.th & mobile App in currency Thai Baht Only) during 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion : all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text SE1 (Redeem points for credit cash back 120 baht) or SE2 (Redeem points for credit cash back 600 baht), <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number and # and spending amount to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/sephora within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 999 Baht per transaction, will be eligible to redeem 999 KTC FOREVER Points for cash back 120 baht as specified in the terms and conditions or Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 3,999 Baht per transaction, will be eligible to redeem 3,999 KTC FOREVER Points for cash back 600 baht as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 transaction only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple transaction to receive the privileges hereunder
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest,  fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
