Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores will get an instant discount of;
3. • 100 Baht discount for document delivery fees ( limited to 1 usage / shipment / customer / day)
   • 400 Baht discount for international parcels shipping (limited to 1 usage / shipment / customer / day, with minimum spending 4,000 Baht per transaction)

Terms & conditions

1. Special privileges only for KTC credit card members
2. Special privileges When using a KTC credit card at DHL Express, promotion period is between 1 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26
3. Difference in document delivery fees or shipping parcels must be paid with KTC credit card only
4. This special privilege can be used at DHL Express service points (35 branches) only
5. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with promotional programs and other discount cards
6. Conditions are as specified by the company
7. Please check additional details and conditions before using the service
8. KTC  is only a medium for supplying merchants. Not involved in distribution or responsible for the product or providing services in any way

4. In the case of a dispute KTC and DHL's decision shall be final

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
