Term & Condition at Lalamove

1. The discount codes are applicable for both Delivery Services and Lalamove Ride Services.
   - Delivery Service: 30% off, up to THB 80 for Truck (1 coupon)
   - Delivery Service: 25% off, up to THB 50 for Car (1 coupon)
   - Lalamove Ride Service: 50% off, up to THB 60 for Motorbike or Car (1 coupon)
   *Eligible vehicle types are as follows:
   Delivery Service: Sedan / 5-Door Car or Hatchback / SUV / Pickup Truck / Box Truck / Fence Truck
   Lalamove Ride Service: Motorbike / Car / Car Premium / SUV 6 Seater
2. Each discount code consists of 3 coupons (1 coupon can be used per order).
3. This discount is available only to customers who do not have a Business Account with Lalamove.
4. Customers can claim a Lalamove discount code via the KTC Website from 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. Once claimed, if the code is not redeemed on the Lalamove App within the specified period, it will be deemed forfeited. Lalamove shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from such cases.
5. Customers can redeem the discount code for a coupon in the Lalamove App. Once redeemed, the coupon will be valid for 30 days.
   Example: If a customer redeems a coupon on  31 December 2026, it will be valid from  31 December 2026 to 29 January 2027. 
6. The discount code can only be used in the designated service areas through the Lalamove application. Service areas include Bangkok and vicinity, Chonburi, or Khon Kaen (pick-up point). The drop-off destination could be anywhere in Thailand, except Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
7. To use the discount code, customers must redeem the code in advance within the Lalamove app before placing an order. 
8. The discount code cannot be used for “Rental Service” orders.
9. 1 time / 1 month / 1 Lalamove user account
10. Limited to 100 redemptions per month.
11. The discount code cannot be used with the “Scheduled Order”.
12. Lalamove reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. Any fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms or applicable laws will result in disqualification from the promotion.
14. In the event of any dispute, Lalamove’s decision shall be final and binding.

16. Any additional terms or modifications shall be determined at the company’s discretion.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Aug 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion : KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores, will get The discounts as follows (on the original price of goods/services purchased) :

• Delivery Services: Get up to 30% discount
• • Get 30% off (max. THB 80 discount) for Truck delivery services.
  • Get 25% off (max. THB 50 discount) for Car delivery services.
• Lalamove Ride Services: Get 50% discount 
• • Get 50% off (max. THB 60 discount) for all vehicle types (excluding Taxi Meter).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
