Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 Apr 26 - 30 Nov 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem 1,299 KTC Points for 50% discount on the buffet with the specified terms and conditions.
4. This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages.
5. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 right per 1 person, and no limit on the total number of redemptions throughout the Promotion Period.  

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 01/04/2026 - 30/11/2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. Cardmember can redeem 1,299 KTC Points for 50% discount on buffet via KTC Mobile App according to the specified terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have registered to KTC Mobile Application and use e-Coupon at participating stores during 01/04/2026 - 30/11/2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Please notify staff  and press redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
3. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances.
4. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 person, and limit on the total number of redemptions

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
