Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at all MO-MO-PARADISE and MO-MO-PARADISE (GOLD) branches (“Participating Merchants”) during 1 September 2026 - 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend a minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip at Participating Merchants will get an instant 5% discount (excluding alcoholic beverages).

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at all MO-MO-PARADISE and MO-MO-PARADISE (GOLD) branches (“Participating Merchants”) during 1 September 2026 - 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Members who have KTC FOREVER points ("Points") and spend 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip on their card at Participating Merchants during the Promotion Period can redeem 999 Points to receive a 150 Baht cash credit, as specified in the terms and conditions.
3. KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cardmembers of all types, KTC CASH BACK credit cardmembers of all types, KTC - National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society cardmembers, KTC VISA CORPORATE cardmembers, and KTC cards for government agencies are not eligible to participate in this Program.
4. Members must register every time they make a purchase by sending an SMS with the text "MOMO" followed by a space, their 16-digit card number, the "#" symbol, and the transaction amount per sales slip to 0613845000 (SMS charges depend on the network provider), or register via the website www.ktc.promo/momo on the same day the transaction is made using their card. Members must receive a confirmation reply message from KTC in order to be eligible to participate in this Program.
5. In the event that a member registers to participate more than once for the same sales slip, KTC will honor only the first successful registration.
6. In the event that a member registers to participate using more than one card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card in order to calculate the cash credit to be credited to each respective card account.
7. If a member cancels the card used to participate in this Program for any reason, KTC will consider that the member has forfeited the right to participate in this Program.
8. This offer applies only to payment for goods/services per one sales slip, and spending cannot be split into multiple sales slips in order to claim the benefit under this Program.
9. KTC will credit the cash credit to the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month. KTC will calculate the spending amount from the first day the member successfully registers for the Program until the last day of that month.
10. This Program entitles members to a cash credit of 150 Baht per sales slip, with no limit on the number of redemptions throughout the Promotion Period.

Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at all MO-MO-PARADISE and MO-MO-PARADISE (GOLD) branches (“Participating Merchants”) during 1 September 2026 - 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Members who spend a full 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip at Participating Merchants during the Promotion Period will receive 1 entry for a chance to win a prize. Any remaining amount below 1,000 Baht will not be counted toward earning an entry for this Program.
3. KTC VISA CORPORATE cardmembers, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL cardmembers, KTC cards for government agencies, and KTC PROUD cash card of all types, as well as KTC employees and companies involved in organizing this Program, are not eligible to participate in this Program.
4. Members will automatically receive entries to participate in this Program when spending on their cards according to the specified conditions, without needing to register.
5. Cancelled purchases of goods/services or any type of refund will not be counted toward calculating benefits for Members under this Program.
6. The prizes are a trip to Japan or a free MO-MO-PARADISE Gift Voucher, totaling 25 prizes with a combined value of 983,160 Baht, with details as follows:
   •    1st Prize: A 5-day, 3-night trip to Japan, 5 prizes, each for 2 persons, valued at 165,000 Baht per prize, totaling 825,000 Baht.
   Travel details will be determined by KTC and will be notified to the winners in due course. KTC will be responsible for expenses related to airfare, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, baggage fees, and meals, not exceeding the value of the prize.
   •    2nd Prize: A set of 12 MO-MO-PARADISE Gift Vouchers (valued at 659 THB each) — 20 prizes, each valued at 7,908 THB (total value: 158,160 THB)
7. KTC will calculate the total number of entries for each Member based on the total spending amount per card, calculated separately for each card, at the end of the Promotion Period.
8. At the end of the Promotion Period, KTC will print the first name, last name, and KTC card number of eligible Members onto raffle tickets/entries, with 1 ticket/entry issued per 1 entry earned. All tickets/entries will be combined for a lucky draw to determine the winning Members, to be held on January 5, 2027, starting from 2:00 PM onward, at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited Head Office, 591 UBC II Building, 11th Floor, Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Tan Nuea, Wattana, Bangkok 10110, under license number 2038/2569, issued at the Public Service Center, Department of Provincial Administration, dated 24 August 2026.
9. KTC reserves the right to draw 10 reserve winning names for each prize, in the event that a winning Member and/or reserve winner forfeits or fails to meet the eligibility requirements set by KTC, such winning Member will lose the right to receive the prize. KTC will then award the prize to reserve winners in sequential order. If there are no remaining eligible reserve winners, KTC will donate the prize to a charitable organization.
10. KTC will announce the names of the winning Members for this Program via the website www.ktc.promo/momo by January 15, 2027, and will contact winners to inform them of the steps and conditions for claiming their prize via the phone number provided to KTC, within 30 days from the date the names are announced. Winning Members and/or reserve winners must contact KTC to claim their prize according to the specified conditions and within the specified timeframe only; otherwise, they will be deemed to have forfeited the right to receive the prize.
11. In the event that a winning Member is eligible to receive more than 1 prize, KTC reserves the right to award only the prize of highest value to that Member, limited to 1 prize per winning Member throughout the Promotion Period.
12. Winning Members who receive a prize valued at 1,000 Baht or more must pay a 5% withholding tax on the value of the prize, in accordance with the Revenue Department Order No. Tor.Por. 4/2528 and/or as prescribed by applicable law (if any), payable to the prize sponsor.
13. KTC reserves the right to award prizes only to winning Members whose first name and last name on their national ID card match those indicated on their card, and reserves the right to withhold the prize until the winning Member has paid all applicable taxes and/or other related expenses (if any), in accordance with the conditions specified by KTC.
14. Winning Members eligible to receive the prize, as well as their travel companion, must hold a passport with a remaining validity of more than 6 months prior to the travel date, and must meet the eligibility requirements or not be a prohibited person from entering Japan. They must also travel on the date, time, and location, and/or in accordance with any other conditions as specified.
15. Participation in this Program constitutes the winning Member's consent to participate in publicity activities, make appearances at events, or appear in advertisements across various media as determined by KTC, and constitutes consent for KTC to photograph the winning Member and use their image and name for advertising and public relations purposes in newspapers and/or other advertising media, with such photographs being the property/copyright of KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
