Terms and Conditions of the “Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for Discount” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during 20 February 2025 - 28 February 2026 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of all types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this program.
3. Members who spend via the card can redeem points equal to the amount spent per sales slip to receive a 20% discount for purchasing the product/service in that program in accordance with the specified conditions.
4. Calculation of the number of points to redeem for the privilege under this program If the spending amount per sales slip has fractional satang, KTC will round it up to baht.
5. The discount that members receive from this program can be used as an additional discount from the product price after deducting all types of discounts.
6. The payment amount for products/services such as gift vouchers, gift cards, alcoholic beverages, medicines, and products in rental areas or rental shops cannot participate in this program.
7. The right is reserved for only payment items for products/services per 1 sales slip and cannot be separated into multiple sales slips to receive the rights under this program.
8. The right to redeem points to receive a discount under this program is reserved only 1 time per sales slip per day throughout the program period.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
