Terms & Conditions for Coupon Usage

1. Redemption period:  1 Nov 2026 – 31 Jan 2027
2. Limited to 250 redemptions per hotel throughout the campaign
3. Exclusively for KTC credit cardholders
4. Unlimited redemptions per receipt
5. Redemptions via screenshots or saved phone images are not accepted
6. This KTC FOREVER point redemption cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
7. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash
8. Cannot be used in conjunction with other brand discounts or promotions

Remarks:

1. Cardmembers pay and redeem points via the KTC Mobile App with no additional payment required at the store.
2. The e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with membership card discounts.
3. The e-Voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The e-Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
5. The e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions and is not valid on public holidays or during festive periods.​

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
