Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. To provide privileges to KTC credit card members and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash cards (“Members”) who spend via their cards at participating merchants during the specified period (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. Members can bring the sales slip to request for 1 specified product at the service point of participating merchants within the day that the member spends via the card
3. according to the specified conditions only.
   The right to give a gift under this program is reserved up to 1 item per sales slip per card number per day only throughout the program period.

Conditions of the “Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for Cash Back” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during the specified period (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC cards for government agencies from participating in this program.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS or registering via the website www.ktc.co.th/ within the day of spending via the card. In addition, members must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible to participate in this program.
4. In the event that members register for the program more than once, KTC will consider only the successful registration on the first time.
5. In the case that members register for more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back into the card account.
6. If the member cancels the participating card for any reason, KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.
7. Members who spend via the card as specified in the specified amount of baht or more per sales slip can redeem points to receive cash back according to the specified conditions.
8. In calculating the number of points to redeem the rights under this program, if the spending amount per sales slip has a fractional satang, KTC will round it up to the next baht.
9. The right is reserved only for paying for products/services per 1 sales slip and cannot separate spending into multiple sales slips to receive the rights under this program.
10. KTC will credit the cash back into the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each month according to the calendar cycle. KTC will calculate the spending amount from the first day that the member successfully registers to join the program until the last day of the month/program (as the case may be).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
