Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount
This promotional program, created by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), aims to provide benefits to KTC credit card members who possess KTC FOREVER points and make purchases at participating stores during the period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025 (referred to as the "Program Period"), subject to specific conditions.
KTC reserves the right to exclude members holding any type of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC cards issued for the National Blood Center or the Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE cards, KTC PROUD cash cards, and KTC cards intended for government agencies from participating in this program.
Members can redeem 100 baht discount for every 1,000 points spent with the card, subject to specified conditions. These discounts can be applied additionally to the product price after deducting all other discounts.
Certain categories of goods/services, such as gift vouchers, gift cards, alcoholic beverages, drugs, and products in leased areas or shops, are ineligible for participation in this program.
KTC retains the right to accept payments for products/services per single sales slip only, and splitting spending amounts across multiple slips to avail rights under this program is not permitted.
Members are entitled to redeem points for discounts according to this program once per sales slip per day throughout the program period.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
