Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash cards (“Members”) who spend via their cards at participating merchants during 15 Dec 2024 - 30 Jun 2025 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. Members can bring their sales slips to request 2 herbal drinks, total value 138 THB when spending 800 THB/sales slip
3. or receive a free set of fried pork dumplings and 1 set of fried pork roti, total value 218 THB when spending 1,500 THB/sales slip at the service points of participating merchants within the day that the member spends via the card in accordance with the specified conditions only.
4. The right to give a gift under this program is reserved up to 1 piece per sales slip per card number per day only throughout the program period.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash cards (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during 15 Dec 2024 - 30 Jun 2025 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC PROUD cash cards and KTC cards for government agencies from participating in this program.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS, typing DN13 followed by a space, 16-digit credit card number, followed by the # symbol and typing the amount spent with decimals, and sending it to 0613845000 (SMS service fee Depends on the network service provider) or register via the website within the day of spending via the card. However, members must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible to participate in this program.
4. In the event that members register for the program more than once, KTC will consider only the successful registration on the first occasion.
5. In the event that members register for the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back into the card account.
6. If a member cancels the participating card for any reason, KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.
7. In calculating the number of points to redeem the rights under this program, if the spending amount per sales slip has a fractional satang, KTC will round it up to the baht unit.
8. The right is reserved for only paying for products/services per 1 sales slip and cannot separate the spending amount into multiple sales slips to receive the rights under this program.
9. KTC will credit the cash back into the member's card account within 30 days from the last day of each month according to the calendar cycle.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
