Terms and Conditions of the “Receive Regular Discount” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash cards (“Members”) who spend via their cards at participating merchants during the period 16 March 2026 – 28 February 2027 only.
2. KTC PROUD cash card members without the MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY logo are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
3. Cardmembers who spend a minimum of THB 600 per sales slip at any Get Fresh restaurant branch will receive an instant 15% discount, subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Receive 15% off regular-priced food and beverages.

3.2 This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, including Member discounts, Discounts from other credit cards, Discounts from mobile service providers and Promotions from other partners

3.3 This discount is valid at all Getfresh branches, except King Power Mahanakhon branch

3.4 Cannot be used for Retail Products.

3.5 Cannot be used in conjunction with discounts for the getfresh Everyday Bowl or getfresh tumbler.

3.6 Valid at all getfresh branches, except the Mahanakhon branch.

Terms and Conditions of the “Redeem KTC FOREVER Points” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during 16 March 2026 – 28 February 2027 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all type KTC PROUD
3. Cardmembers can redeem 699 KTC points for a THB 100 discount coupon via the KTC Mobile app, within the promotional period and under the specified terms and conditions.
4. Limited a total of 1,200 e-Coupon codes are available throughout the campaign.
5. Limited to 1 redemption per person for the entire campaign
   
   

Terms and Conditions of the “Use e-Coupon via KTC Mobile app”

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during 16 March 2026 – 28 February 2027 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. When redeeming the coupon, the code must be presented to the staff at the payment counter immediately within the specified time. If it exceeds 15 minutes, the coupon will expire and cannot be used.
3. Valid at all Getfresh branches, except the King Power Mahanakhon branch.
4. Can be used in conjunction with other promotions.
5. Cannot be used to top up a Store Value Card.
6. Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash.
7. e-Coupon redemption is available via the KTC Mobile app only.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
