Promotion for KTC JCB credit card at ZEN Restaurant, AKA Yakiniku and On the Table.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusive for JCB credit cards issued in Thailand.
2. The promotion period starts from 1 March 2025 - 31 August 2025
3. Every Saturday and Sunday, get a discount of 200 THB when redeeming an e-code via LINE OA @JCBThailand and making a payment 1,000 THB onwards per sales slip (excluding the 10% service charge)at ZEN Group (ZEN Restaurant , AKA Yakiniku and On the Table). Limited to a maximum discount 200 THB / LINE account / sales slip / table
4. The discount code can be claimed starting Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM onwards, until  code runout. Please follow the steps below.
   4.1 The user has to add friend in LINE OA @JCBThailand and successfully register JCB credit card.
   4.2 ZEN Group e-code value 200 THB will be sent to JCB LINE OA. Click on the menu "My Exclusive Deal" click "JCB Reward" then click ZEN Group Banner.
   4.3 After redemption, the ZEN Group e-code will be displayed in JCB LINE OA. Click "My Exclusive Deal" then "My Voucher" and select the ZEN Group banner.
5. Please present the e-code  before making a payment. Redemption will be counted 30 minutes after the user click redeem e-code in “My Voucher”. 
6. Limited to 250 redemptions per month or 1,500 redemptions per promotion period having total value of 300,000 THB throughout the promotion period.
7. Redemptions of the e-code are limited to 2 redemptions / LINE account / month.
8. Invalid codes, expired codes, screenshots, or any fraudulent attempts to claim privileges will not be accepted.
9. The e-code can be used as a discount based on the specified terms and conditions. Any remaining balance after applying the discount must be paid using a JCB credit card only.
10. Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
11. JCB reserves the right to change to any other prizes with equivalent value.
12. JCB is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
13. Payment with credit cards must be complied with restaurant's policy.
14. If the conditions specified are not fully adhered to, the company reserves the right to cancel this issued discount.

E-code Term & Conditions

1. The e-code is applicable at all branches of ZEN Restaurant , AKA Yakiniku และ On the Table.
2. The e-code is applicable exclusively for dine-in or takeout orders placed directly at the restaurant.
3. The e-code cannot be applied in conjunction with ZEN Group Member discounts or other promotional offers.
4. The e-code is applicable for the ZEN Grand Premium Buffet at the regular price.
5. The e-code is valid for single use only and is neither exchangeable nor refundable for cash, even if the full value is not utilized.
6. The e-code cannot be applied to cover the 10% service charge, which will be calculated based on the full price of the food before any discounts for dine-in customers.
7. Points can be earned when using this voucher and they will be calculated after discounts are applied
8. The e-code is inclusive of VAT.
9. The e-code must be redeemed in the presence of restaurant staff and utilized immediately.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
