Terms & Conditions – Redeem and Use e-Coupons via the KTC Mobile App
- This promotional campaign ("Promotion") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("KTC") and is available exclusively to KTC Credit Cardmembers ("Cardmembers") who make eligible purchases at participating merchants during the promotion period from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 ("Promotion Period"), subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
- The following card types are not eligible to participate in this Promotion All KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Cards, All KTC CASH BACK Credit Cards,KTC – National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society Credit Car, KTC VISA CORPORATE,KTC PROUD Cash Card and KTC Government Card
- Cardmembers who make qualifying purchases at participating merchants will receive an instant discount in accordance with the Promotion terms. Cardmembers must inform the cashier of their intention to redeem the offer and redeem the e-Coupon via the KTC Mobile application in the presence of the cashier at the time of payment.
- e-Coupon codes presented as screenshots, photographs, or images captured from mobile phones, computers, or any other devices will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Each e-Coupon code is valid for one (1) transaction per one (1) sales slip only.
- During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers may redeem Point redemption must be made via the KTC Mobile application and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Promotion 399 KTC FOREVER points for a THB 60 discount e-Coupon with a minimum spending of THB 400 per sales slip or 799 KTC FOREVER points for a THB 120 discount e-Coupon with a minimum spending of THB 600 per sales slip.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
