Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who spend via their cards at participating merchants during January 15, 2025 – July 15, 2025 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC PROUD cash cards, and KTC cards for government agencies from participating in this promotion.
3. Members who spend via their cards per sales slip at participating merchants will receive an instant discount in accordance with the specified conditions. Please inform the staff of your rights and press the e-Coupon in front of the staff every time.
4. The right is reserved to not accept e-Coupon codes from screen captures of phones or computers or photographs in all cases.
5. The right to use 1 e-Coupon code is reserved. For 1 transaction per 1 sales slip to receive the privileges under this program
6. Members can use 399 points to redeem a 60-baht discount and when the payment is 400 baht or more, 1 privilege can be used / sales slip or members can use 799 points to redeem a 120-baht discount when the payment is 600 baht or more, 1 privilege can be used / sales slip via the KTC Mobile app within the program period and specified conditions.

Conditions of the “Use KTC FOREVER Points to Receive Discounts” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during January 15, 2025 – July 15, 2025 (“Program Period”) only according to the specified conditions.
2. The right is reserved to exclude all types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE cards, and KTC cards for government agencies from participating in this program.
3. Members who spend 400 baht or more per sales slip via the card can redeem [399 points] to receive a 60 baht discount for purchasing the product/service under the specified conditions, or members who spend 600 baht or more per sales slip via the card. You can redeem points [total of 799 points] to receive a 120 baht discount for purchasing the product/service according to the specified conditions.
4. The discount that members receive from this program can be used as an additional discount from the product price (cannot be used together with other promotions.
5. The right is reserved for only payment for products/services per 1 sales slip and cannot be separated into multiple sales slips to receive the rights under this program.
6. The right to redeem points to receive a discount under this program is reserved only 1 time per sales slip per day throughout the program period.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
