Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 June 2025 - 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive 1 unit/piece of Complimentary Dish at participating store within the day of card transaction.
3. Complimentary gift offered hereunder is up to 1 unit/piece per sales slip per card number per day only.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 June 2025 - 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores according to specific conditions per sales slip, will get instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 June 2025 - 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 2,299 KTC Points for 300 baht discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 3,999 KTC Points for 600 baht discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
5. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
6. This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages.
7. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
8. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip per day only throughout the Promotion Period.  

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 June 2025 - 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text KR300 (to redeem points for 300 baht cash back) or KR600 (to redeem points for 600 baht cash back), <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/dining/korean/korean-restaurant, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. 
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 2,299 KTC Points for 300 Baht cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 3,999 KTC Points for 600 Baht cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
