Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores (except Rayong Branch) during 1 Aug 25 – 30 Sep 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will get 5% instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased not including special food of goods/services purchased, dessert and alcohol beverages (Not including service charge of 10%)

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Product

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”), who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”), to redeem for specific product at participating stores (except Rayong Branch) during 1 Aug 25 - 30 Sep 25 (“Promotion Period”) only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, and KTC PROUD
3. Cardmembers can redeem 2,999 KTC FOREVER for Deep Fried Seabass valued 545 – 655 Baht at customer service counter of participating stores on the day of card transaction in accordance with the specified terms and conditions only.
4. Cardmembers can redeem 1,499 KTC FOREVER for Shrimp Cakes valued 235 - 285 Baht at customer service counter of participating stores on the day of card transaction in accordance with the specified terms and conditions only.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
