Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC JCB credit card. (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 26 - 30 Jun 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive 1 unit/piece of Complimentary Dish by presenting their sales slip to the staff at customer service counter of participating store within the day of card transaction.
3. Complimentary gift offered hereunder is up to 1 unit/piece per sales slip per card number per day only.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC JCB credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 26 - 30 Jun 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA, all types of KTC MASTERCARD, all types of KTC UNIONPAY credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card. 
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores according to the specific conditions, will get an instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC JCB credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores in category of Dining, MCC Code: 5812, 5814, 5462 at the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip during 1 Jan 26 - 30 Jun 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA, all types of KTC MASTERCARD, all types of KTC UNIONPAY credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card. 
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text DN5, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number to 0613845000(SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/dining/japanese/omakase-x-jcb, before or within the day that the first card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month. the calculation of spending will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of promotion period/ the end of the month (as the case may be).
8. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 1,000 Baht per / 1 cardmember / day and limit cash back credit up to 6,000 baht / 1 member throughout the program.
9. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
