Promotion in Dining category at 6 participating countries with KTC MASTERCARD credit card

Terms and Conditions for Cashback 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC ?MASTERCARD credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card in foreign currencies at stores in category of Dining, MCC Code: 5462, 5812, 5813, and 5814 at 6 participating countries which are Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, and Macau, applicable only to in-store spending, excluding all online spending. during 1 Oct 25 - 31 Mar 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA credit cards, all types of KTC JCB credit cards, all types of KTC UNIONPAY credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text INT, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/dining/others/oversea, Register once before or on the day of your first spending to receive this privilege throughout the program, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. KTC will determine card spending amount only from a maximum spending amount of 10,000 baht per card per program.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month the calculation of spending will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of promotion period/ the end of the month (as the case may be).
9. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 300 Baht per 1 credit card number only throughout the Promotion Period.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
