Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Pasta Ama all branches except Watcharapol branch during 15 May 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
- The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- Cardmembers who spend on card , will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for 18% discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
- For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
- Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
- This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and any product sold in the rental booths or shops
- This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
- The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip.
เงื่อนไขทั่วไปรายการส่งเสริมการขาย
- สิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้แก่ผู้อื่นได้
- สงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการนี้ เฉพาะสมาชิกที่มีสถานภาพบัญชีเป็นปกติ และไม่มีประวัติการผิดนัดชำระหนี้ตลอดระยะเวลารายการ จนถึงวันที่ เคทีซีทำการมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ โดยยึดข้อมูลของเคทีซีเป็นสำคัญ
- สงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบ ยกเลิก เพิกถอน หรือเรียกคืนสิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการนี้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (ถ้ามี) หากมีการใช้สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการ โดยไม่สุจริต ทุจริต หรือฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิประโยชน์ในรายการนี้ หรือใช้บัตรฯ เพื่อธุรกิจทางการค้าเชิงพาณิชย์ ใช้บัตรฯ ผิดเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด หรือผิดวัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้เพื่อการบริโภค หรือสมาชิกยกเลิกรายการใช้จ่ายภายหลังจากเคทีซีได้มอบสิทธิประโยชน์ให้แก่สมาชิกไปแล้ว
- สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่นำดอกเบี้ย ค่าปรับ ค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ และรายการที่ยกเลิกการซื้อสินค้า/บริการ หรือเงินคืนที่เกิดจากการ Refund ทุกประเภท มาคำนวณเพื่อมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ให้แก่สมาชิกตามรายการนี้
- เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้กำหนดในรายการนี้ให้เป็นไปตามที่ร้านค้า/ผู้ขายสินค้า/ผู้ให้บริการกำหนด โปรดตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขก่อนการซื้อสินค้า/บริการ
- เคทีซีไม่ใช่ผู้ผลิต ผู้จัดจำหน่าย หรือผู้ให้บริการ และไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องใดๆ เกี่ยวกับสินค้า/บริการตามรายการนี้ กรณีสมาชิกมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสินค้า/บริการ หรือต้องการใบเสร็จหรือใบกำกับภาษี กรุณาติดต่อโดยตรงกับผู้ผลิต ผู้จำหน่าย และ/หรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือบริการนั้นๆ
