Terms and Conditions of the “Get Free (Products)” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash cards (“Members”) who spend via their cards at participating restaurants, only at participating branches during the specified dates (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. Members can bring their sales slips to request 1 piece at the service point of participating merchants on the day that the member spends via their cards according to the specified conditions only.
3. The right to give a gift under this program is reserved at a maximum of 1 piece per sales slip per card number per day only.

Terms and Conditions of the “Use KTC FOREVER Points to Redeem Cash Back” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash cards (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC cards for government agencies from participating in this program.
3. Members must register By sending an SMS, type DN1, leave a space, followed by a 16-digit credit card number, followed by the # symbol, and type the spending amount with decimals, and send it to 0613845000 (SMS service fees depend on the network provider) or register via the website  https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/dining/others/diningcashback within the day of spending via the card. In this regard, members must receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to be eligible to participate in this program.
4. In the case that members register to participate in the program more than once, KTC will consider only the first successful registration.
5. In the case that members register to participate in the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back credit into the card account.
6. If a member cancels the participating card for any reason, KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.
7. Calculating the number of points to redeem the rights under this program, if the spending amount per sales slip has a fraction of a satang, KTC will round up to the baht unit.
8. The right is reserved for payment of goods/services only per 1 sales slip and cannot be separated into multiple sales slips to receive the rights under this program. KTC will credit the cash back to the member's card account within 30 days from the last day of each month according to the calendar cycle.

3. The right to give gifts under this program is reserved up to 1 item per sales slip per card number per day only throughout the program period.

This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash cards (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating merchants during the specified period (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.

4. In the case that members register to join the program more than once, KTC will consider the successful registration on the first time only.
5. In the case that members register to join the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back credit to the card account.
6. If the member cancels the participating card for any reason, KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
