Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 25 Dec 24 - 28 Feb 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores at the minimum of 1,500 Baht per sales slip, will get 100 Baht discount.

Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 25 Dec 24 - 28 Feb 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, as well as KTC employees and employees of any company involved in this Promotion.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card as specified by the terms and conditions, with every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will receive lucky draw chance, all types of KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card will receive 2 lucky drew chance and others KTC credit card will receive 1 lucky draw chance.
4. Any refund from cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
5. The prize in this Promotion is Royal Orchid Plus 90,000 Bonus miles valued 49,660 Baht each that can be redeemed for a Thai airways economy class 2 seats free round-trip flight ticket to South Korea, total 6 prizes, total valued 297,960 Baht.
• The value of the prizes included flight ticket issuing fee, fuel tax, airport tax and/or accommodation expenses as specified by KTC, which must be a round-trip from Bangkok to Seoul (BKK-ICN), economy class, Thai Airways, and within 31 Dec 2025 only. KTC is responsible for paying the above expenses, However, for the weight of baggage, food and other related expenses, the lucky members will be responsible for paying for such expenses themselves.
6.  KTC will calculate the total lucky draw chance for each Cardmember based on the total card spending of each Card under the same name of Cardmember at the end of this Promotion Period. 
7. At the end of Promotion Period, KTC will print out Cardmembers’ name, surname and KTC card number on the draw ticket in accordance with the number of lucky draw chance they have been eligible under this Promotion, 1 ticket per 1 chance. After that, those tickets will be put together in the draw pool and will be drawn for the lucky winner on 3 Apr 25 from 14.00 hours at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, 591 UBC II Building, Floor 14th, Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Tan Nuea, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110, with reference to license no. 1957/2567 issued by Center of Public Service, Investigation and legal affairs bureau, Department of Provincial Administration dated 17 Dec 24.
8. KTC reserves the right to draw 6 reserve winners for each prize. In the case that any lucky winner/reserve winner has waived their right/has been disqualified for the prize as specified by KTC, it shall be deemed a waiver of such winner’s right to claim for their prize hereunder. In this connection, KTC will award the prize to the next reserve winner in line. If there is no more reserve winner to be eligible for the prize, KTC will be entitled to withdraw such prize immediately.
9. KTC will announce the name list of lucky winners at ktc.promo/sukishi within 17 Apr 25, and will contact them to inform the procedure and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC, within 30 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the lucky winners/reserve winners must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the terms and conditions within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for their prize hereunder.
10. In the case that any lucky winner name has been drawn for more than 1 prize, KTC reserves the right to award only 1 highest valued prize per 1 lucky winner throughout the Promotion Period.   
11. The lucky winners, who receive any prize valued more than 1,000 Baht, will be responsible for withholding tax at the rate of 5% of the prize value in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. TP 4/2528 and/or as stipulated by any other applicable law (if any).
12. KTC reserves the right to hold the prize until the lucky winners will pay for all related taxes and/or other relevant expenses (if any) as specified by KTC.
13. The lucky winners and their travel companion must have valid passport for more than 6 months and be qualified or not be prohibited to travel to Korea. Also, the lucky winners must travel within the date, time, place and/or in conditions as specified by KTC.
14. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmembers’ consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmembers’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Sukishi during 25 Dec 24 - 28 Feb 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,500 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 1,499 KTC FOREVER Points for 300 Baht discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and any product sold in the rental booths or shops.
5. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
6. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip per day only throughout the Promotion Period.  

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount and KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. Total 10,000 rights throughout promotion period: Limit rights in Dec 24 = 1,200 rights, Jan 25 = 4,400 rights and Feb 25 = 4,400 rights
2. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
