Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of all types of KTC MASTERCARD credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 August 2024 - 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA, all types of KTC JCB, all types of KTC UNIONPAY, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all type of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores according to the specified conditions per sales slip, will get an instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

Terms and Conditions for up to 10x KTC Points*

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of all types of KTC X WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD and KTC WORLD MASTERCARD (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 August 2024 - 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA, all types of KTC JCB, all types of KTC UNIONPAY, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all type of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered Card, for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion. 
4. Cardmembers who spend on card at the specific conditions at participating store, will earn up to 10x KTC Points (1x comes from normal points. + extra points 2x comes from spending with the card in the specified category* every 600,000 baht. + extra points 7x comes from spending with the card at participating restaurants.) into their card account in accordance to the specified terms and conditions. 
   *Remarks 
   extra points 2x comes from spending with the card in the specified category* every 600,000 baht, details are as follows. 
   (1) Dining category in Thailand means stores specified in MCC Code 5462, 5811, 5812, 5813 and 5814 in Mastercard's system only. 
   (2) Shopping category in Thailand means stores specified in MCC Code 5094, 5611, 5621, 5631, 5641, 5651, 5655, 5661, 5681, 5691, 5697, 5698, 5699, 5941, 5944, 5948, 5977, 7296, 5111, 5192, 5942, 5943, 5947, 5994, 5310, 5311, 5331, 5964, 5965 and 5309 in Mastercard systems only. 
   (3) Tourism category in Thailand means shops specified in MCC Code 3000 - 3350, 4511, 3351 - 3441, 7512, 7513, 7519, 7523, 3501 – 3839, 7011, 7996, 7998, 4722, 4723 and 5962 in Mastercard system only 
   (4) Foreign currency spending category (except 31 countries in the European Economic Area and the People's Republic of China) 
   The special points will be transferred to the member's card account within 60 days after the end of the last day of each calendar month which the transaction totals 600,000 baht. 
5. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the end of the last day of each calendar month.  
6. Extra points that members will receive according to this program have no expiration date.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
