Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)​

1. This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("KTC") to provide benefits to all types of KTC credit card members ("Members") who spend via their card at Yoshinoya participating branches during the period of August 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026 ("Campaign Period"), subject to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. This offer excludes all types of KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card members, who are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3. When Members spend via their card at participating stores on the specified food items, and download the Vietjet Thailand application and show the application screen to the store on the day of the transaction, they will receive 1 free food item as follows:
   
   - At Yoshinoya: Get 1 free Karaage Chicken, worth 99 THB, when ordering Mala Pork Rice Bowl for 189 THB.
   
4. The right to receive the complimentary gift under this Campaign is limited to a maximum of 1 right per sales slip, with unlimited number of rights throughout the Campaign Period.

1. This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("KTC") to provide benefits to KTC credit card members ("Members") who have KTC FOREVER points ("Points") and spend via their card at Yoshinoya participating branches during the period of August 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026 ("Campaign Period"), subject to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. This offer excludes all types of KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card members, all types of KTC CASH BACK credit card members, KTC - National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society cardholders, KTC VISA CORPORATE cardholders, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cardholders, and KTC cards for government agencies, who are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3. Members who spend via their card can redeem Points equal to the spending amount per sales slip to receive a 30% discount on the purchase of goods/services in that transaction, subject to the specified terms and conditions.
4. In calculating the number of Points to redeem for this Campaign, if the spending amount per sales slip contains fractional satang, KTC will round up to the nearest baht.
5. Payments for goods/services in the form of vouchers, gift cards, and alcoholic beverages are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
6. This offer is limited to payment transactions for goods/services per 1 sales slip only, and spending amounts cannot be split into multiple sales slips in order to receive the benefits under this Campaign.
7. The right to redeem Points for a discount under this Campaign is limited to a maximum of 1 time per sales slip, with unlimited number of rights throughout the Campaign Period.

Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1. This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("KTC") to provide benefits to all types of KTC credit card members ("Members") who spend via their card at Yoshinoya participating branches ("Participating Stores") during the period of August 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026 ("Campaign Period"), subject to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. This offer excludes all types of KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card members, all types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC - National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL credit cards, and KTC cards for government agencies.
3. Members who have spending via their card meeting the specified conditions of every 500 THB per sales slip will receive 1 entry to win a prize. Any remaining spending amount that does not reach 500 THB will not be counted by KTC toward entries to win a prize under this Campaign.
4. Cancelled purchase transactions of goods/services or any type of refund will not be counted toward providing benefits to Members under this Campaign.
5. Prizes: Vietjet Thailand round-trip international flight tickets (Bangkok - Japan), 5 prizes total, each prize for 2 persons/seats, valued at 52,800 THB per prize.

   Total of 5 prizes, with a total prize value of 264,000 THB (two hundred sixty-four thousand baht).
   Notes:
   - The lucky Member must contact a Vietjet Thailand ticketing agent to reserve seats at least 7 days before departure, at phone number 02-089-1909 or email VZ.Support@vietjetair.com.
   - On the day of booking the flight ticket, the lucky Member must advance-pay airport tax, fuel surcharge, and ticketing fees to Vietjet Thailand using the card that won the prize, and submit proof of the flight booking and the above payment to phone number 02-123-5000 or email CService@ktc.co.th within 30 days. KTC will credit such expenses back to the lucky Member's card within 30 days from the date the transaction proof is received.
   - KTC and Vietjet Thailand will be responsible for the costs of ticketing fees, fuel surcharge, airport tax, and 20 kg of checked baggage. In case of any additional expenses, the lucky Member will be responsible for paying such expenses themselves.
   - The lucky Member can book flight tickets starting from January 16, 2027 onwards, and must complete the round-trip travel by January 16, 2028. Travel conditions are subject to those set by Vietjet Thailand.
   - Once the lucky Member and travel companion have completed ticketing, the traveler and flight route cannot be changed.
   - In case of wanting to change the flight or travel date, the lucky Member and travel companion must pay fees as determined by Vietjet Thailand.

6. At the end of the Campaign Period, KTC will calculate the total number of entries to win a prize for Members based on the total spending amount via card per sales slip (calculated separately per card), and KTC will print the first name, last name, and credit card number (first 6 digits and last 4 digits, e.g. 1234 56XX XXXX 9999) of Members who are eligible for prize entries onto lottery tickets/entries according to the number of entries each Member received, at a rate of 1 lottery ticket/entry per 1 entry, and will combine all lottery tickets/entries together to draw and determine the lucky Members. The draw will take place on December 1, 2026, starting from 2:00 PM onwards, at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, No. 591 UBC II Building, 11th Floor, Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict, Watthana District, Bangkok 10110.
7. KTC reserves the right to draw a list of 10 backup lucky Members for each prize, in case the lucky Member and/or backup lucky Member forfeits or is disqualified from receiving the prize as specified by KTC. In such a case, the said lucky Member and/or backup lucky Member will lose the right to receive the prize, and KTC will award the prize to the backup lucky Members in sequential order. In the event there are no remaining backup lucky Members eligible to receive the prize, KTC will donate the prize to a charitable organization.
8. KTC will announce the list of lucky Members for this Campaign via the website www.ktc.promo/crgxvietjet by December 4, 2026, and will contact them to inform them of the steps and conditions for receiving the prize via the phone number and email the Member has registered with KTC, within 30 days from the date the list of lucky Members and/or backup lucky Members is announced. The lucky Member and/or backup lucky Member must contact to claim the prize according to the conditions and within the timeframe specified by KTC only. If the Member does not contact to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, KTC will award the prize to the backup lucky Member. If the backup lucky Member does not contact to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, KTC will donate the prize to a charitable organization.
9. The lucky Member who is eligible for the prize, and the travel companion, must have a passport with a remaining validity of more than 6 months before the travel date, and must be qualified, or not be a prohibited person from entering Japan, and must travel within the date, time, location, and/or other conditions as specified only.
10. In the event a lucky Member is eligible to receive more than 1 prize, KTC reserves the right to award only 1 prize per lucky Member throughout the Campaign Period.
11. Lucky Members who receive a prize valued at 1,000 THB or more must pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value, in accordance with the Revenue Department Order No. Tor.Por. 4/2528 and/or as required by law (if any), to KTC or the prize sponsor.
12. Prizes received under this Campaign cannot be exchanged for cash, reward points, or other prizes.
13. The right to award prizes is reserved only for lucky Members whose first name and last name on their national ID card match those indicated on the card. KTC also reserves the right to withhold the prize until the lucky Member has paid all taxes and/or other related expenses (if any) in full, according to the conditions specified by KTC, within the specified timeframe.
14. Participation in this Campaign is deemed as consent by the lucky Member who receives the prize to participate in public relations activities, or to appear at events, or to be photographed for advertisements in various media as specified by KTC, and consent for KTC to take photographs to use the images and name of the lucky Member for publication in advertising and public relations in newspapers and/or other advertising media, whereby such photographs shall be the property/copyright of KTC.
15. KTC employees, employees of affiliated companies, and companies involved in organizing this Campaign are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
