Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of: all types of KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 26 - 28 Feb 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive 1 piece of Complimentary Dish valued 189 Baht at participating store within the day of card transaction.
3. Complimentary gift offered hereunder is up to 1 unit/piece per sales slip per card number per day only.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of all types of KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC UNIONPAY, KTC JCB, KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem every 1,000 KTC Points for 100 Baht discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
5. This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
